DOCK LEVELERS
Dock leveler is designed and manufactured with the aim to create a height -adjustable bridge between the loading/unloading floor and the surface of a vehicle, levelling out differences in height.
Working phases:
The electronic hydraulic system raises the platform to the highest position and then automatically open up or extend the lip. The platform is then lowered until the lip is placed on the loading surface. Now the lorry can be quickly and safely loaded and unloaded.
Load capacity: 60kN, 90kN, 120kN, 180kN according to EN1398
Dock width: 1800÷2200mm
Dock length: 2000÷4000mm
TELESCOPIC LIP
The telescopic lip with a robust front lip is reinforced throughout.
HINGED LIP
The open design with hinge points close to one another prevents the accumulation of dirt, such as wood shavings in the hinge.
RUNNING PLATFORM
A fine running platform, 6/8 thick, slip resistant steel with reinforcements, permanently carries goods and transport equipment.
